By using Neplify ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Neplify is a free community board that anyone can post to without an account.

Use it responsibly

Neplify is a shared community space. You agree to use it honestly, respectfully, and lawfully, and to take care when arranging to meet, buy, sell, or help others in person.

Content that is not allowed

You must not post content that is:

• Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
• A scam, fraud, or deliberately misleading;
• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• Adult, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience;
• Related to dangerous or prohibited goods (e.g. weapons, drugs, regulated items);
• Someone else's personal information shared without their consent, or infringing on another person's rights (including intellectual property).

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour on Neplify. Posts and comments are screened by an automated filter before they publish, anyone can report content, and every visitor can block a poster. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and users who post it or behave abusively are blocked from posting. We aim to review reported content promptly, and act on it within 24 hours.

Your content is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the posts, images, and contact details you post, and you confirm you have the right to share them. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neplify and its operators from any claims, losses, or costs arising from content you post or from your use of the service.

We are a neutral host

Neplify simply hosts posts submitted by the community. We do not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee any post, user, item, price, or claim. Any dealing you have with another user, including any transaction, meeting, payment, job, or tenancy, is entirely between you and that person, and is at your own risk.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neplify and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from any post, or from any interaction or transaction between users. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, or the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Moderation and removal

To keep the board healthy, an administrator may review posts, remove or edit content that breaks these terms or that we consider inappropriate, and manage the categories used to organise posts, at our discretion and without notice. We may also restrict access where necessary to protect the community.

Reporting and blocking

If you see a post or comment that breaks these terms, please use the report option on it, block the poster, or email us at [email protected] so we can review it. We act on reports promptly, typically within 24 hours.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country you use the service in: for users in New Zealand, the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of its courts; for users in Australia, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state or territory you reside in, and the jurisdiction of its courts.
